U-23 Women's Itinerary for China and Japan 2008

6/16 – Depart LAX at 1:20PM on Japan Airline Flight #061.
6/17 – Arrive in Beijing, China at 9:05PM.
6/18 – Tour of Beijing. Forbidden City, Great Wall and 2008 Beijing Olympic Gymnasiums are among some of the stops.
6/19 – Morning practice, then Free Day and individual sightseeing.
6/20 – Open Competition in the 2008 China International Lacrosse Tournament.
6/21 – Opening Ceremony and Pre-qualifying Competition.
6/22 – Championship Games, Skills Showcase, Closing Ceremony, Farewell Party.
6/23 – Depart Beijing, China at 3:20PM on Japan Airlines Flight #782 and arrive in Tokyo, Japan at 7:50PM.
6/24 – Free Day and individual sightseeing.
6/25 – Open Competition.
6/26 – Open Competition.
6/27 – Depart Tokyo, Japan at 6:40AM and arrive in Sapporo, Japan at 8:10AM.  Free morning and then start Home Stay with a Host Family.
6/28 – Open Competition in the 2008 International Lacrosse Friendship Games and then connect with your Home Stay host family.
6/29 – Open Competition and check into hotel.  JLA Farewell Party.
6/30 – Depart Sapporo, Japan at 2:25PM on Japan Airlines Flight #3042 and arrive at LAX at 11:20AM on Japan Airlines Flight #62.

Pricing and Terms

  • $3,99500 Early Bird Special (Paid in Full by April 18th).
  • $4,39500 Regular Price (Paid in Full by May 1st).
A $75000 non-refundable deposit is required once you're accepted to secure your spot on the roster. The balance is due by April 18th for the Early Bird Special or by May 1st for regular pricing.

Fees include the following:
  • All airfare (Los Angeles, CA to Beijing, China to Tokyo, Japan to Sapporo, Japan to Los Angeles, CA).
  • All domestic travel within China and Japan including airport transfers and all local transfers to games.
  • 14 nights accommodations (6 nights in Beijing, China; 4 Nights in Tokyo, Japan and 4 Nights in Sapporo, Japan).
  • Entry fees to the 2008 International China Lacrosse Tournament  in Beijing, China.
  • Entry fees to the 2008 International Friendship Games in Japan.
  • Great coaching and leadership from our experienced staff.
  • Custom equipment including uniform, travel bag, back pack, warm-ups and a shooting shirt.
